In November of 2022, the team began providing "to go dinners" for the released inmates and it's been such a blessing. Brother Butch and Sister Debbie, parents of Michelle, are long time financial supporters and providers of the meals for the ministry every time NBM goes to the jail. They not only are faithful supporters, but prayer warriors for the ministry.
Living in Fresno, California the Zamora's have dedicated their lives to sharing the Gospel of Jesus and reaching out to the broken and hurting.
After her oldest son's 7 year Methamphetamine addiction & life of crime Michelle quickly learned the pain of having a child lost to the streets and the system. Knowing Jesus Christ was her only source of peace and hope she wanted to offer the same to others and began ministering outside the Fresno County Jail in 2011.
As another mom joined her the ministry began as, Moms Praying for Moms.
Shortly after, she married her husband who joined her. Lorenzo's past of gangs, crime and incarceration compels him to hit the streets offering hope to those who live the lifestyle he once lived.
Both Michelle and Lorenzo share their testimonies and the Gospel in hopes of leading others to Christ, offering a new beginning to all who will receive it.

Founders
After living a destructive life & becoming pregnant Michelle gave her life to Jesus in 1992. She has devoted her life to serving Him & offering a new beginning to those she comes in contact with. Michelle & Lorenzo are honored to serve Jesus together as husband and wife.
God began speaking to Lorenzo after 15 years in prison. Upon his release within two months he surrendered his life to Jesus. He is passionate about sharing what Jesus did for him & offers it to everyone he comes in contact with. With determination he sets out to accomplish the vision God has given him to set the captives free through Jesus Christ!
Young Brother Jacob, son of Brother Javier and Sister Birdee is
a sweet blessing to NBM. Jacob's pure and unadulterated life
shines through to all who know him.
Brother Jacob's love for God and others, is evident in his character and speech. Brother Jacob blesses others even in his quietness.
NBM is so blessed to have such a young, strong, bold man on the team.
Brother Javier and Sister Birdee began ministering at NBM during the time the Center was open. Them and their children have been an instrumental blessing to NBM. Their selfless giving of time, resources and talents have blessed many on and off the streets. Brother Javier knows first-hand the power of freedom after battling a life of addiction, separation and ungodly choices. Brother Javier & Sister Birdee shares of the amazing Gospel that freed them both from their demons.
Sister Torie is new to Christ and the team! After experiencing God's love in such a tangible way, Torie joined the team and is passionate about sharing how good God is. Torie is able to share her testimony of incarceration and how she has witnessed God's mercy and provision throughout her life. Sister Torie has a heart of gold and we are blessed to have her on the team!

About Us
Both Will & Christina lived a life of entangled lies, sin and pain. After their 15 year relationship ended they both gave their lives to the Lord and reunited in marriage. They dedicate every aspect of their lives to the ministry of the Gospel. The two became a part of the ministry in a miraculous way, after their son received services through NBM. Today they are an inspirational part of NBM.
Brother Ray and Sister Angela have been an integral part of the ministry since 2015, but just recently joined the team. After receiving services from NBM, the husband and wife joined the team to be a witness of God's sovereign love and mercy. They are truly a blessing and have so much to offer all those we come in contact with!

After a life of wasteful living, Emerson dedicated his life to Jesus in the 90's. Determined to change his way of living he diligently studies the Word of God and desires to share it with everyone! While out at the Jail Brother Emerson is always ready to give. He's known to our team as the Bible Man because he always has a Bible or two to joyfully give. He and his wife, Norma are a great asset to the team. He has been a faithful partner of NBM since 2013.

Sister Terri joined the ministry in 2024 with the support of her husband, Dan after God began working on her heart to reach out to the lost. Sister Terri's many gifts and talents are a blessing to the team. Her ability to connect with others who are being exposed to unfortunate circumstances make her able to share with an array of people.

Brother Mycol joined NBM in 2024 with a heart to reach the lost. After God brought Mycol out of a life of sin and pain, he vowed to repay God by living a different life then what he was.
